Be aware response times are slower and medication refill requests can't be made using this channel. Please include your full name and number in your message. You can request an appointment on our "Appointments" page.

All visits are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.  We have telehealth and in-person times available.  Climbing 1 flight of stairs is required to enter the office.

DIRECTIONS: Our office is located in Bedford Commons.  After coming in the main entrance from South River Rd., take your first RIGHT. (at the board of light blue signs)  Our office is straight ahead in the building marked #1.  (See pictures below) The entrance is the door on the RIGHT front side of building #1. (see photo below) 


There is also access to and from Bedford Commons from a traffic light controlled intersection between T-Bones and Bagel Cafe.
